I really like the quote things at start of chapters, but the one on chapter 1 makes me confused. Why would they neutralize ARCs? They are good guys? Neutralize mean kill in military talk right?

They usually mean kill when they say neutralize. The ARCs mentioned in that quote aren't regular ARCs. Notice it specifically calls out there being six of them rather than 'a few' or something along those lines, and that Skirata is the only one that can talk them down. The ARCs in question are the (a little bit really crazy) Nulls. As for why, don't worry, that comes up in detail in an upcoming chapter.

Nope and Nope. In the mind of A Kaminoan they aren't people, they're products.

And Orun Wa say they don't respond to order but even thigh he say it more than one the kid say "yes sir" and give the gun back. And they line up in his room like they are waiting for orders, very quiet and calm, not like they are disturbed.

Trust makes all the difference. Ordo was ready to shoot Orun Wa, but he had to have known there would be consequences. Even that young they were lethal, but 6 two year olds in four or five year old bodies are still unlikely to fight their way off the planet after. Kal was stepping in to protect them and keep them safe. They hated the Kaminoans, and were afraid of the Kaminoans, but they could see that they could trust Kal so they obeyed him.
